Study: "Colder temperatures = happier people"

This morning, I caught part of a Today Show segment about happiness.

They said, among other things that smack of dubious social science, that people are happiest in countries with the coldest average temperatures.

If that's the case, I should be deliriously happy today.

It's 4 below zero with wind chills of about 30 below.

Yaa hooooo!

I walked into a customer office yesterday morning and it was around 50 degrees. Walked out a few hours later and it was 27, windy, and snowing. I had no semblance of happiness at that particular moment as I had dressed for the 50 degree weather.

Hey Vintage, I hear you. Nothing like a huge Arctic front blowing through when you're expecting balmy temps to kind of ruin your day. But, on the other hand, I really DO love cold, snowy winters like this one... it just helps to know when they're about to hit you!

Yikes! Got a fireplace? You need to get a roaring fire going! (If you figure out how let me know.) I'm awarding you an E award! Maybe that will warm you up a little! :)
